MEET YOUR PHYSICIAN
Erin Griffiths, D.O., MA
I'm a psychiatrist with 16 years of clinical experience across psychiatry and neurology. My work centers on reproductive and integrative psychiatry, bringing together medical expertise and a whole-person view of women's health.
I decided to focus on women's health and wellness after my own experiences navigating pregnancy and perimenopause — times that gave me a deeply personal understanding of how complex and often overlooked these transitions can be for women. Those experiences shaped not only what I do, but how I show up as a physician.
I chose to attend both an osteopathic medical school and residency program because I was drawn to the philosophy that honors the body as an interconnected, self-healing system. That perspective continues to ground my work as a holistic psychiatrist, where I believe that true healing begins with being seen, heard, and understood as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.
